Q. i have an 18 foot aluminum boat powered by a 75 hp honda outboard. i run periodically in the salt water with the rig being about 6 years old. within the last two years. i have noticed "pitting" on the transom with a white, powdery "puss looking" secretion coming from the pitted area. i have wired.
